Peter acts as a direct bridge between landowners and the region's most active homebuilders, connecting development-ready land with national and regional builders.

Unlike general real estate investors, Peter specializes in precision site selection. He identifies parcels that meet specific engineering and zoning criteria for residential development, ensuring landowners receive fair market value based on the future potential of their land, not just its current use.

Peter graduated from RPI with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, summa cum laude, in 2020 and graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Biomolecular Engineering in 2022.
